Terms
Last updated 20 September 2026
Scrawlkit turns the words you type into short hand-drawn videos. By creating an account you agree to the terms on this page and to the privacy page.
Your account
You need to be at least 16 to use Scrawlkit. Use an email address that is yours, keep your password to yourself, and keep one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your videos
The videos you make are yours. You can post them anywhere and use them for business, on every plan. You are also responsible for the words you put in them, so do not use Scrawlkit to make anything unlawful, hateful or harassing, or to pass yourself off as someone else. We can remove videos or close accounts that do.
The templates, drawings and the pen font stay ours. You may not resell the templates themselves or strip the stamp from a video made on the free plan.
Plans and renders
The free plan gives you three renders a month, each with a small stamp in the corner. Unused renders do not carry over to the next month. If a render fails on our side, it is given back to you automatically.
Paid plans, when they open, are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. A month that has already started is not refunded, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Finished videos are kept for a limited time, so download the ones you want to keep.
What we promise
We work to keep Scrawlkit running and your renders quick, but we cannot promise it will never be slow, busy or offline. Scrawlkit is provided as it is. If something we did costs you money, our responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened.
Leaving, and changes
You can stop at any time. Write to hello@scrawlkit.com and we will delete your account and its videos. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you before the change takes effect. The same address answers any question about this page.
